Arrival and departure
- Check in from 3:00 PM
- Check out by 12:00 AM
The Deposit
- A damage deposit of VND 500.000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment.
- You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Home rules
- No smoking inside the apartment. We have balcony back and front to allow smoke in the apartment.
- No pets allowed.
- Please respect check-in and check-out times.
- Please dispose of your garbage in the trash cans provided.
- Make sure to close the windows, lock the door, and turn the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics off before leaving.
- No parties or events are allowed without prior permission.
- Please respect the noise curfew of 10 p.m and the end at 7 a.m
- No unregistered guests are allowed.
- Illegal substances are not allowed on the premises, or you will be asked to vacate.
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund up to 30 days before the arrival date.
- 50% refund up to 14 days before the arrival date.
